And suddenly everyone in the Supervox office was weighing in on the subtleties that can make one site engaging and another off-putting. And we weren’t just talking about page speed or cool design. We found ourselves focusing on the little things that perhaps you can’t quite identify – but that you definitely feel.
And , “feeling” may be the operative word here, because a designer’s feel for his or her target audience can bear directly on how well a website will work for them.
